Why buy through us instead of the manufacturer?

Because you lose nothing and gain three things. The equipment and the contract are the same. The price, the service, and the flexibility are better. Cooperative contract prices are ceilings, not fixed prices, and as an independent dealer we can often quote the same model, on the same contract, for less. Our technicians work out of Rohnert Park, not a national dispatch queue.

Same contract, often a lower price

Contract pricing is a maximum. Our dealer margin flexibility lets us quote under it on the same NASPO ValuePoint or Sourcewell contract.

How it works

Local, factory-trained technicians

Certified by Canon, Ricoh, and Brother. They know your buildings, your devices, and your staff, and they show up fast.

Service coverage

The right brand for each job

We are not a manufacturer, so we can mix Canon, Ricoh, and Brother devices with PaperCut, uniFLOW, PrinterLogic, and DocuWare.

What we supply

The details, when you need them.

Contract numbers, eligibility, and how a cooperative purchase works. Your local purchasing policy has the final say.

Cooperative contracts and numbers
  • NASPO ValuePoint (California Cooperative): Canon #7-24-70-46-01 · Ricoh #7-24-70-46-06. Covers A3 and A4 MFDs, printers, wide format, scanners, maintenance, and managed print. Open to cities, counties, school districts, community colleges, and special districts.
  • Sourcewell: Canon #112124-CAN (through January 10, 2029) · Ricoh #112124-RCH (through December 31, 2028). Membership is free, with no purchase obligation. More than 50,000 members.
  • CMAS: Canon #3-16-36-0027C · Ricoh #3-18-36-0032C. STG is an authorized reseller.
  • OMNIA Partners, PEPPM, GovMVMT: name your cooperative and we will quote on it.
  • Your own RFQ, RFP, or informal bid: we respond to those too.
  • Confirm eligibility. In most cases California agencies can buy from a cooperative contract without running their own bid (Public Contract Code 10298 to 10299, 20118, and 20652). Check your purchasing policy.
  • Share your needs: models or specifications, quantity, locations, and timing.
  • Receive a line-item quote that cites the contract number, so your file is complete.
  • We deliver, install, network, train, and service the equipment under one agreement and one bill.
