We put secure, right-sized devices in every branch and back office, automate the paper that still drives lending and account opening, and give IT full control over who prints, scans, and sees what.

Teller lines, loan offices, member services, and operations all print and scan differently. Our managed print services start with how each branch actually works.
Loan packets, account openings, signature cards, and IDs still arrive on paper. We automate the trip from the scanner to the right folder.
Financial institutions answer to auditors and examiners. Your print and scan environment should make that easier, not harder. We configure every device to support your Sarbanes-Oxley, GLBA, PCI DSS, and NCUA or FFIEC security programs.
The online assessment is a quick start. When you want the full picture, we team up with the Brother Managed Print Services team. Together we can walk your branches in person, or compile a detailed report from data collected by our Print Tracker Pro tool, giving you actionable insights.
This sample was prepared for a bank with a 350-device fleet. It covers device age, end-of-life status, security readiness, print volume, utilization, and true monthly cost per page.

Microsoft is moving Windows away from legacy third-party printer drivers. As of January 2026, new legacy drivers are no longer routinely published through Windows Update. Starting July 2026, Windows prefers its built-in IPP class driver. From July 2027, legacy drivers get security fixes only. Windows Protected Print Mode goes further and blocks third-party drivers entirely.
We work with your IT team now: audit your fleet for driverless compatibility, test protected print on your devices, keep features like secure release and badge login working, and plan any replacements before they become emergencies.
Yes. We configure devices and workflows to support your compliance programs: badge authentication, secure release, encrypted storage, data overwrite, and user-level audit trails that show who printed, scanned, or copied what, and when. Reports are ready for your auditors and examiners.
Often, yes. Canon and Ricoh offer cooperative contracts, such as Sourcewell and OMNIA Partners, that are open to many not-for-profit organizations. We confirm your eligibility and contract pricing before we quote.
Yes. We build scan workflows that capture data, index documents, and archive them into SharePoint, DocuWare, or the system you already use, and we test them with your IT team before go-live.
In most cases, yes. We enable HID and RFID card readers and connect them to LDAP or Active Directory, so staff tap their badge and see their own print queue and scan destinations.
Printers that work today keep working, but Windows is shifting to its built-in IPP driver and legacy drivers will get security fixes only from July 2027. We audit your fleet, test Windows Protected Print Mode with IT, and plan any changes ahead of time.
Yes. PaperCut or Canon uniFLOW reports usage by user, department, branch, and device, and lets IT set rules that block unauthorized users and wasteful printing.
